Malfunctions in cell phones are very common. In most cases, we need to go to the repair shop and pay a substantial amount of money to get our phone working again. Droidkit is a multi-function program that allows us to perform many rescue tasks by ourselves.
The developer claims that it can remove any type of screen lock and bypass the account verification, which are first steps to access our phone's system and try different fix options. It also claims that it can fix system issues, recover lost data in our phones, and even to reinstall or upgrade the entire Android system.
Unfortunately, I cound't check if any of these claims are true, since the free version of the program only allows to go through the first steps of each function, but when one tries to use any of them, a "nag screen" appears requiring you to purchase a subscription. And this is the second issue I found. Like many other programs, this one is subscription-based, meaning that you don't own the program after paying, but it is "lent" to you during one year, after which, you will need to pay another year of subscription.
Despite these facts, the program may be an useful addition to your program library.
